Our Visit from Meteorologist, Michelle Bogowith

Today we had a special guest come in and talk to our class! Michelle Bogowith is a meteorologist at KOMU news. She shared how she become interested in weather when she was just seven years old. She and her family witnessed a water spout and she has had a love for weather ever since. She and the class discussed safety measures for different types of storms. She told them all about her job and how she predicts the weather. The class then asked her questions about storms, her job, and what she has witnessed. We appreciated and enjoyed our time with Ms. Bogowith. We all learned a lot from her. Ask your child(ren) what they learned from Ms. Bogowith.
