Announcements

Wednesday, September 14^th was our first K-1 showcase. It was a big success. Students brought in many things, some things brought in were pirate ships, guitars, and dress-up clothes.

In writing we are finishing up our Nonfiction studies and moving in to different areas of literature. Coming up next, Mrs. Watson’s writing group will be focusing on biographies. Mrs. Clifton’s writing group will be moving into a punctuation study. Ms. Flynn's group is working on editing their Nonfiction pieces. Mrs. Oestreich's group is continuing to work with the writing process.

In math we will continue to study geometry and number sense.
